JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – – Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has voted to endorse Travis Fitzwater for election to the open seat in Missouri’s 10th State Senate District.

Fitzwater, who has served four two-year terms as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, currently serves as the chair of both the House Ethics Committee and the Fiscal Review Committee. The seat is currently held by Jeannie Riddle, who is term-limited.

“Travis has been a champion for agriculture and rural Missouri throughout his tenure in the Missouri House of Representatives,” said Callaway County PAC chairman Jim Zerr. “He is a multiple-time recipient of Missouri Farm Bureau’s Friend of Agriculture award, including once again in 2022, meaning he’s earned deep-rooted support from his local counties and districts after working on their behalf.”

The 10th State Senate District covers all of Callaway, Lincoln, Montgomery and Pike Counties, as well as the northwest corner of St. Charles County.
