JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has voted to endorse Greg Sharpe for election in Missouri’s 18th state senate district.

“As a farmer, agribusinessman and long-time Farm Bureau member who has built a life in rural Missouri, Greg Sharpe understands the challenges and opportunities facing agriculture,” said James Wilson, Macon County Farm Bureau President. “His lifetime of service reflects a deep commitment to protecting and advancing agriculture.”

Sharpe, who was initially elected in 2018 and has served four full terms in the Missouri House of Representatives, is seeking to represent a district that covers 14 counties in northeast Missouri. He has earned MOFB’s “Friend of Agriculture” award multiple times throughout his time in the Missouri House, and he boasts more than 30 years of experience in farming and small business management.
