JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – – Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has voted to endorse Sandy Crawford for re-election in Missouri’s 28th State Senate District.

“Senator Crawford has long been a friend of agriculture and rural Missourians,” said Trent Drake, chairman of the West Central Regional Endorsement Committee. ““Her understanding of state government and ability to take constituent concerns to the floor and get things accomplished in the Senate are key factors in our endorsement. We look forward to working with her for four more years.”

The 28th State Senate District now comprises Benton, Cedar, Dallas, Henry, Hickory, Pettis, Polk, St. Clair and Vernon counties. Trustees reviewed Senator Crawford’s voting record prior to voting on her endorsement.

Missouri Farm Bureau is the state’s largest agriculture advocacy organization.
