JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – – The Missouri Farm Bureau Political Action Committee (PAC) has endorsed Congressman Mark Alford for reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives in Missouri’s Fourth Congressional District. 

Trustees of the MOFB PAC West Central Regional Endorsement Committee voted to support Alford’s 2026 campaign, citing his continued advocacy for agriculture and rural communities.

“For the past four years, Congressman Mark Alford has been a strong advocate for Missouri’s farmers and ranchers,” said MOFB President Garrett Hawkins. “Through his work on the House Committee on Appropriations and the House Committee on Small Business, he has helped elevate the priorities of rural America in Washington, D.C. Congressman Alford understands the challenges facing farm families and has been an accessible, engaged partner for Missouri agriculture.”

Alford previously earned the MOFB PAC endorsement in his 2022 and 2024 campaigns.
