JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – – Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has voted to endorse Jill Carter for election in Missouri’s 32nd State Senate District.
Carter was the prevailing Republican candidate during the August primary, leading to an unopposed election this November. The 32nd State Senate District covers two counties in southwest Missouri: Jasper and Newton.
“Jill has made her presence known in Jefferson City for years leading up to this election,” said Taylor Walker, Newton County Farm Bureau President. “Her passion for improving rural life, specifically education opportunities and engagement beyond the major metropolitan areas of our state, stands out to our members, and we are proud to support Jill as she begins her first term in January.”
