JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – – Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has voted to endorse Dan Shaul for election to the open seat in Missouri’s 22nd State Senate District.

Shaul has served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives since 2015 and has been the director of the Missouri Grocers Association for over 15 years.

“During his time as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, Rep. Shaul was a strong supporter of the agriculture community,” said David Reed, Jefferson County Farm Bureau President. “He stood alongside Missouri farmers and ranchers during recent meat processing challenges and worked to find solutions that supported the hard work of those not just in his district, but statewide. We look forward to working with him for the next four years at the other end of the Capitol.”

The 22nd State Senate District comprises north Jefferson County. Trustees invited all major candidates in the race to an endorsement session prior to approving Shaul’s endorsement.
