JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. —Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has voted to endorse Brad Pollitt for election in Missouri’s 28th state senate district.
“Brad Pollitt has been a champion for multiple MOFB priorities, building a strong record of supporting Missouri agriculture and standing up for the interests of rural communities,” said Matthew Noakes, St. Clair County Farm Bureau President. “His experience as a livestock producer and educator has given him a unique understanding of the issues facing rural Missouri. We are confident he will continue to be a strong advocate for agriculture and an effective voice for the people of the 28th district.”
Pollitt is seeking to represent a district that comprises Benton, Cedar, Dallas, Henry, Hickory, Pettis, Polk, St. Clair and Vernon counties. He earned MOFB’s “Friend of Agriculture” award multiple times throughout his tenure in the Missouri House. A former educator and administrator in Missouri public schools, Pollitt is a livestock owner and operator who has served on the House Agriculture, Elementary & Secondary Education, and Legislative Review committees, among others.
