JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – – The Missouri Farm Bureau Political Action Committee (PAC) has endorsed Congressman Mark Alford for reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives in Missouri’s Fourth Congressional District.

Trustees of the MOFB PAC West Central Regional Endorsement Committee voted to support Alford’s 2026 campaign, citing his continued advocacy for agriculture and rural communities.

“Since taking office in 2022, Congressman Alford has been a strong voice for farmers and ranchers,” said Trent Drake, chairman of the MOFB PAC West Central Regional Endorsement Committee. “His work on the House Committee on Appropriations and the House Committee on Small Business has created meaningful opportunities to advocate for Missouri agriculture and rural communities. We are proud to once again support his reelection.”

Alford previously earned the MOFB PAC endorsement in his 2022 and 2024 campaigns.
